brains are structured we have a 11:09.370 --> 11:15.390 brainstem which is kind of the first I mean it's more complicated than this but to simplify there's 11:15.390 --> 11:21.170 a brainstem then the limbic brain which is the more emotional brain and then the cortex 11:21.170 --> 11:28.690 and the prefrontal cortex so we have two sort of sides to our nervous system basically 11:28.690 --> 11:36.190 the sympathetic which is when we're activated and the parasympathetic which is when we're relaxed 11:36.190 --> 11:43.270 right so for example when we're in the parasympathetic part of our nervous system and we're relaxed 11:43.270 --> 11:52.650 that facilitates social connections conversation cooperation creativity digestion of food 11:53.170 --> 12:00.890 so this is a really good state to be in and and then if something alarms us if something is perceived 12:00.890 --> 12:06.870 as dangerous we go into the sympathetic part of the nervous system which is fight flight 12:06.870 --> 12:14.530 or freeze so now the digestion shuts down you can't really focus on being social or cooperative 12:14.910 --> 12:21.210 you go into sort of like alarm you're either going to fight or you're going to flee 12:21.210 --> 12:27.930 or if you can't do either of those you're going to freeze right and so the interesting thing 12:27.930 --> 12:33.770 is the brain so this is a good survival mechanism okay for the brain because if you're actually 12:33.770 --> 12:40.210 something dangerous is in front of you a big animal about to eat you thinking is very costly it 12:40.210 --> 12:45.610 takes too many seconds so when the system perceives something dangerous it goes into 12:45.610 --> 12:51.970 fight or flight and what that does is it shuts down the prefrontal cortex and the cortex which is 12:51.970 --> 12:57.950 the thinking reasonable you know free thinking part of the brain and everything defaults if it's 12:57.950 --> 13:03.870 kind of fearful it defaults to the limbic brain which is a mammalian brain it's emotional 13:03.870 --> 13:09.450 impulsive so you can't really reason in that brain and then if you're in abject terror it goes 13:09.450 --> 13:16.290 all the way back to the brainstem which can only you know completely react so this is what's manipulated 13:16.810 --> 13:23.430 for us because they throw constant fear at us I mean if you just look at the news you'll see what 13:23.430 --> 13:33.490 I mean right and I talk about global traumas you know so wars false flags like you know 9-11 13:34.330 --> 13:42.690 what I consider global satanic rituals like the pandemic right things like working all the time 13:42.690 --> 13:50.630 traffic even things like that poverty illness which is engineered and and you know the medical 13:50.630 --> 13:58.130 system which actually keeps us sick so all these assaults put us in fight or flight all the time 13:58.130 --> 14:03.930 and if you pay attention there's always a boogeyman whether it's a virus or terrorism or 14:03.930 --> 14:10.790 you know something to keep us in a state of constant alarm constant stress which means 14:10.790 --> 14:16.810 everything gets unbalanced because now we we can't we're supposed to go into sympathetic 14:16.810 --> 14:22.110 sometimes but we're always in that state we're not very much in the relaxed state 14:22.110 --> 14:28.730 so our brains are operate and even what trauma is and what 16:07.650 --> 16:14.890 it does to us because it's used on us constantly and I'll say something that satanic ritual abuse 16:14.890 --> 16:22.890 was the first form of mind control right then psychiatry came into the picture and then now 16:22.890 --> 16:28.770 technology so there's actually unfortunately technology that can really put like emotional 16:28.770 --> 16:35.510 states and thoughts in our head and when I say psychiatry if you this I'll talk about this 16:35.510 --> 16:43.030 in the class but the Tavistock Institute is very prominent it was created in 1921 to study shell 16:43.030 --> 16:51.850 shock in the world war one beds and then in 1947 it became more official and their actual 16:51.850 --> 17:00.390 stated mission statement is to use future shock to herd people to mind control people and 17:00.390 --> 17:06.790 herd them in willingly into their future plan which was the new world order so this is like 17:07.230 --> happened it allowed me to see a whole different deeper darker side of what was 18:14.450 --> 18:20.210 really going on on the global level which I was completely unaware of and I I don't know questioning myself um but the whole process allowed me to kind of see how much was in there 18:45.570 --> 18:52.630 in me and also just watching the way that people were reacting to what felt like you know the bogeyman 18:52.630 --> 18:58.030 was coming and everybody just started freaking out I remember going to one of my friend's house 18:58.030 --> 19:04.290 and she was wiping the walls down and I was like I understand that obviously she's a she was afraid 19:04.290 --> 19:11.890 and but I was like what like what is happening here but then it made me realize oh there's 19:11.890 --> 19:18.030 there's like this is happening to a lot of people that they're buying into that just the 19:18.030 --> 19:24.710 narrative because this is all we've been programmed to do is to just watch the tv watch
