But one of those policies is that he now wants to align with 01:11.080 --> 01:18.560 the EU's net zero policy and aggressively cut even more energy from the UK. Kier Starmer sees this 3% of GDP going towards military spending 01:59.880 --> 02:07.520 by 2029. So in the next three years here is what he wants to achieve. And he says that 02:07.520 --> 02:13.900 everyone is going to be difficult decisions for all of us. In other words, more taxes for this. 02:13.900 --> 02:19.080 And it's funny how they always say for the everyday citizen. Yeah, because non-citizens, 02:19.200 --> 02:23.700 if you know who I'm talking about, will not be paying this. It's just even more taxes on 02:23.700 --> 02:29.720 the average person, which causes more people to leave the country. This is just common sense. 02:30.120 --> 02:34.220 But what annoyed me about this was how they are manipulating the British public. 02:34.700 --> 02:39.240 And I quote here, let me tell you what this says. It says this stems from a 28 billion 02:39.240 --> 02:45.500 pound shortfall in the Ministry of Defence over the next four years. This is forcing tough decisions 02:45.500 --> 02:50.560 for all of us. Well, it's funny how they always use the word all of us, because the politicians, 02:50.740 --> 02:55.820 it doesn't affect them. It affects all of the citizens. And when they say that there's this 02:55.820 --> 03:01.360 shortfall, the reason they're being manipulative here is because there isn't a 03:01.960 --> 03:07.260 shortfall per se. When you increase anything, so you say, well, we need to increase the 03:07.260 --> 03:13.380 military budget by x, well, it's going to be 28 billion pounds more. That's not a shortfall. 03:13.920 --> 03:21.320 You've just increased the budget, therefore creating the shortfall. So it's artificial in nature, 03:21.320 --> 03:25.520 but people don't know this and they don't even think of this. So when they hear there's this 03:25.520 --> 03:30.820 massive shortfall in the budget by 28 billion, they say, oh, well, I guess that justifies the 03:30.820 --> 03:36.320 tax rises then, because we've got to defend against the Russian invasion of Europe, which now 03:36.320 --> 03:43.640 you're seeing what, 10, 15 times a day, or you're seeing these keywords. And we'll see them in these 03:43.640 --> 03:48.920 articles that we'll talk about. But these keywords start coming up all the time now. And it's something 03:48.920 --> 03:55.080 like a full scale Russian invasion. And they're, of course, referring to Europe is what they are 03:55.080 --> 04:01.020 all saying, which as I said a couple of weeks ago, I don't believe for a minute that Russia 04:01.020 --> 04:06.540 intends to do a full scale invasion of the whole of Europe, because it wants to take over all of 04:06.540 --> 04:12.640 Europe. If you do, it's probably not the right channel for you. If you believe that is what Russia 04:12.640 --> 04:17.460 is planning. But I thought it was interesting what Stammer said at the Munich Security Conference. 04:17.600 --> 04:22.580 And I'm going to quote here. He said we're in an era where hard power defines security 04:22.580 --> 04:28.040 and the UK needs to invest more and faster in order to shift from US dependence 04:28.040 --> 04:34.200 to stronger alliances with Europe. He then went on to say that the consequences of delay mean 04:34.200 --> 04:39.840 weaker deterrence against Russian aggression. The direction here is towards deeper European 04:39.840 --> 04:48.100 cooperation, including a historic 5% security spending pact, which we must honour. Well, again, 04:48.660 --> 04:52.920 it's interesting when they use the words like honour, we have to honour this. Well, 04:52.920 --> 04:58.140 who signed up to this? Did the British people vote on that? Did they say that they were going to, 04:58.780 --> 05:05.460 they were willing to increase all of their taxes to pay for this 5% percent? I don't remember 05:05.460 --> 05:10.460 that. I don't remember anyone voting for it. But if you did, let me know. But he's also said 05:10.460 --> 05:14.560 a load of nonsense, which is what all the European leaders are doing. And again, we talked 05:14.560 --> 05:19.820 about this before. When they have made these big mistakes, they will always find a full guy 05:19.820 --> 05:24.400 or there's always going to be a scapegoat. So if it's not the last government, it's Putin or 05:24.400 --> 05:29.900 someone else, they're saying the reason the economy is suffering is because of Russia's full-scale 05:29.900 --> 05:34.840 invasion of Ukraine. This is what they've got here. They don't say how that has caused the 05:34.840 --> 05:39.440 UK economy and the European economy to suffer so much. But again, they don't need to. So again, the things they say, Rolls-Royce is really committed with these 08:40.300 --> 08:45.580 all these new big investments and everything. Yeah, not necessarily in the UK, in the USA, 08:46.160 --> 08:49.940 yes, I mean, we know that for sure because they've announced it, but I haven't seen 08:49.940 --> 08:53.180 all of these massive announcements for these billions of investment 08:53.180 --> 09:00.160 into the UK defense capabilities. And that's where they started talking about 09:05.840 --> 09:13.720 how that they want to make this an equitable and socially beneficial system with all of the 09:13.720 --> 09:17.320 war fighting and the weapons. It said around 12,000 SMEs are going to be in the defense supply chain and the 09:29.320 --> 09:38.320 MOD ministry of defense targets aimed to direct 7.5 billion their way by 2028. This is to create 09:38.320 --> 09:45.820 broader involvement and a more equitable and fair future for all. Whenever I hear that word, 09:46.000 --> 09:51.600 it always sort of raises alarm bells for me that they want to make everything more equitable 09:51.600 --> 09:57.600 and socially fair socialism across the board. Well, I tell you when it comes to defense, 09:58.190 --> 10:04.780 right? I just, I don't know. I think I'd rather have one of the big players who's been doing this 10:04.780 --> 10:11.620 forever, who's got tons of experience creating some of the defense than giving it to how many was 10:11.620 --> 10:19.860 it 12,000 small to medium size enterprises instead. And I know who I would prefer to give 10:19.860 --> 10:25.180 these big contracts of the country's defense to the government's also announced quite sort 10:25.180 --> 10:30.480 of bizarrely that Lloyd's bank have been given the contract and they said this is a 35 billion pound 10:30.480 --> 10:36.820 contract for financing, including 9.5 billion for the SMEs, the small to medium size 10:37.440 --> 10:44.620 enterprises. And this is key to unlocking this defense dividend, they say. Okay. Well, 10:44.680 --> 10:49.160 I'll tell you something else that's really interesting, really, really interesting indeed 10:49.620 --> 10:54.340 is that while we're talking about all of this and how it's going to create all of these new 10:54.340 --> 11:00.120 jobs and everything else, what we've had announcement today is that here it is, the 11:00.120 --> 11:07.940 unemployment rate for the UK has hit the highest rate in nearly five years. It's now up to 5.2%. 11:07.940 --> 11:13.080 This is the highest level. Oh, look at this, this fella here. Let's keep an eye on him. 11:13.620 --> 11:17.620 I don't know. I don't know him nipping at my ankles. Okay. So this is the highest level 11:17.620 --> 11:23.640 since the lockdowns. So 2021, this is the highest level since 2021. But they're not 11:23.640 --> 11:29.500 actually reporting on this accurately because this is the sort of general, you know, manipulated 11:29.500 --> 11:37.300 number within the 18 to 24 year old bracket. This number is absolutely skyrocketing. I'll 11:37.300 --> 11:42.040 need to get the exact figure, but it's something like 15% unemployment and now even graduates, 11:42.460 --> 11:47.560 it's a suffering. Graduates can't find jobs. They're applying for 50 to 60 jobs and getting 11:47.560 --> 11:52.160 one interview and sometimes not even getting the job. It is crazy what's going on out there 11:52.160 --> 11:56.060 in the workplace. However, let me read this out to you. Again, this is from the government, 11:56.520 --> 11:59.580 but on the flip side, here's the good news. Okay, you ready for the good news? 12:00.240 --> 12:06.100 Public sector pay rose 7.2% last year, outpacing the private sector 3.4% 12:06.100 --> 12:13.440 due to more equitable and fair policies. Double, actually more than double what the private sector did. 12:20.360 --> 12:27.240 That tells you, ladies and gentlemen, that they are manipulating the market. I thought that was a very 17:17.720 --> 17:25.420 interesting stance from previous UK prime ministers. And I'd love to know your thoughts on that because 17:25.420 --> 17:30.860 Starmer obviously thinks that he's being a strong man by standing up to Trump, as it's saying, 17:30.980 --> 17:35.180 that he's standing up to Trump and all this other stuff. This will be a legal obligation 18:07.860 --> 18:13.700 and a long term contract. Well, hold on. Why is this man who no one wants in power? He's got a 18:13.700 --> 18:21.780 20% or less approval rating, 50% in his own party. Why is he making long term legal agreements 18:21.780 --> 18:27.760 knowing that he should have resigned a long time ago that the UK won't be able to get out of? 18:27.840 --> 18:32.180 They're going to be legally binding with massive penalties. He shouldn't be doing any of these 18:32.180 --> 18:36.300 things. But yeah, he is. Let me tell you a few other things he said in his statement. 18:36.920 --> 18:42.540 He said, what's happening right now demands rapid decarbonisation right across electricity, 18:42.820 --> 18:48.360 heating and transport. You know, this guy is an absolute lunatic. We've already had rapid 18:48.360 --> 18:53.800 decarbonisation and look what it's done. It's ruining the economy. And you look at the countries 18:53.800 --> 18:58.260 who aren't doing that and they're booming. But for some reason he just can't see it. 18:58.420 --> 19:03.580 A few other things that were kind of disturbing in this. It said, the deal includes complying 19:03.580 --> 19:11.320 with EU rules and restricts nuclear fast tracking. So basically they don't want any nuclear because 19:11.320 --> 19:16.300 they say it's carbon intensive. This is again a massive lie that every time I speak to people, 19:16.540 --> 19:23.860 they don't know it's a lie. They honestly believe that nuclear power plants are carbon intensive 19:24.280 --> 19:29.940 in terms of emissions. So they're carbon intensive in terms of building them. Yes, 19:29.940 --> 19:35.080 I'm not going to say they're not. There's also, there's not as much risk as there used to be. 19:35.680 --> 19:39.320 They're a lot safer now, especially the South Korean companies and some of the others building 19:39.320 --> 19:45.600 these things are a lot safer. But the point around them saying that these create too many 19:45.600 --> 19:51.620 emissions is a lie. They're super, super low carbon emissions. And it's obvious why the EU 19:51.620 --> 19:57.320 is doing this. They are doing it because they can't make a ton of money from the nuclear, 19:57.320 --> 20:02.260 but they can from some of the other scams that they are running. So that's obviously why they're 20:02.260 --> 20:07.820 doing it. There's no big mystery here. That is what is occurring. But really all they need to do, 20:08.020 --> 20:13.200 I mean, this is very simple, common sense stuff. If I were the Chancellor or the Prime Minister 20:13.200 --> 20:18.660 or whatever tomorrow, I know what I would do straight away. I'd cut regulations, cut the 20:18.660 --> 20:24.700 red tape. I'd allow more companies to invest. I'd stop all of these crazy policies going 20:24.700 --> 20:30.000 on. I'd let more companies come into the country. I mean, it's obvious what the solution is this 20:30.000 --> 20:35.480 problem. Obvious. You don't kick out all of the energy companies and then import all of your 20:35.480 --> 20:40.720 energy from other countries. You're not really achieving anything. You let companies come in, 20:41.220 --> 20:46.200 create energy, more energy becomes cheaper for the people. That means businesses come in, 20:46.300 --> 20:50.720 you get more industry, you get much better companies across the board. You cut all the 20:50.720 --> 20:57.620 red tape. So you just do these simple, common sense, basic stuff, right? You go hard on crime. 20:58.040 --> 21:04.540 You stop all the gangs. You stop all the illegal activities and the flows to the country and all 21:04.540 --> 21:11.080 the crazy welfare payments that are then going out of the country to their home. These policies should be obvious to anyone, but they're not.
