I just don't quite understand. And at some point the feds will give up. Well, the question is whether the 10:31.760 --> 10:35.700 state of New Hampshire has the right to pass a law, isn't it? They were territories that were turned into states, right? And then we've 15:23.240 --> 15:28.120 had territories that turned into sovereign countries. We've never had a state turn 15:28.120 --> 15:35.560 into a territory. And territories enjoy in many cases their own tax regimes.
