And when they do all of this, then they see if somebody were to just 02:12:50.900 --> 02:12:56.960 go ahead and build the apartment house anyway, the local zoning board people wouldn't show up 02:12:56.960 --> 02:13:02.080 and stop the construction, fight the construction workers. I have heard of building inspectors 02:13:02.600 --> 02:13:07.580 going onto the construction site and cutting extension cords that people weren't supposed to 02:13:07.580 --> 02:13:12.140 be using. They're not supposed to be using it.
