And in the Gulf, I think the Gulf has found 15:32.500 --> 15:36.760 that its duplicity over many, many years is being punished by the Iranians. 15:36.900 --> 15:43.360 These are the states that have done business with the Israelis and essentially backstabbed Iran. 15:43.640 --> 15:48.700 Remember, we can't lose sight of the fact that this is also bound up with what the Israelis 15:48.700 --> 15:53.420 have been doing in Gaza and on the West Bank. And Iran has stood up and said, 15:53.420 --> 15:58.880 this is unacceptable. And they are prepared to fight the Israelis to the bitter end because 15:58.880 --> 16:04.520 of what they've been doing in Gaza. And I think the rest of the Islamic world is really behind them. 16:04.660 --> 16:09.860 What's going to happen, I think, in the Arabian Peninsula is that many of these governments 16:09.860 --> 16:14.560 that are there now may not be there in a few weeks because the populations are very angry 16:14.560 --> 16:20.100 with the way the Emirates have been governed and the way the people in power have behaved 16:20.100 --> 16:25.600 like the sort of Arab equivalent of the Epstein class. And that is that Israel will reach a point where they want this to stop. 16:37.820 --> 16:43.260 We don't really have the ability to stop Iranians. And I don't know that President Trump has the 16:54.440 --> 17:02.620 authority or the influence to stop him. Who would he send the nuclear weapon to because 17:03.280 --> 17:12.260 as Colonel Dan Davis has said, that fallout would reach Israel if they nuked Iran. And then he's gone further and he said, we wanted regime change effectively. 18:17.060 --> 18:20.360 When that didn't happen, then he said, well, it's unconditional surrender. 18:21.120 --> 18:26.680 These are very ill advised remarks. Right now, the Iranians have no incentive under any 18:26.680 --> 18:31.680 circumstances to believe anything we say or the Israelis say. And what did the Iranians 18:31.680 --> 18:35.980 want from this entire thing? They don't want to go to war again. That has to be understood. 18:36.610 --> 18:42.380 They want Mr. Netanyahu and his government gone. They want regime change now in Israel, 18:42.840 --> 18:47.320 because they don't think they'll ever be safe given the attitude in Israel. 18:47.900 --> 18:53.200 And I think they're going to want some new solution to the Persian Gulf. In other words, 18:53.840 --> 18:59.280 no more U.S. basis in and around the Persian Gulf. And I'd be very surprised if any of the 18:59.280 --> 19:04.820 Gulf states invited us to come back, because we were supposed to help defend them. We didn't 19:04.820 --> 19:10.300 do it. We can't do it. So deterrence from their standpoint using us has failed. 19:10.920 --> 19:16.620 And then finally, you have the Straits of Hormuz. And I think they want a new solution to the 19:16.620 --> 19:20.700 Straits of Hormuz. I think they'll control it for some period of time, but I think they'll 19:20.700 --> 19:27.020 probably look for an international treaty governing access to the Persian Gulf. 19:27.580 --> 19:32.040 In the meantime, the damage that has been done to the Persian Gulf's oil infrastructure, 19:32.740 --> 19:39.620 oil business, if you will, it's not overwhelming at this point, but we've taken oil offline for 19:39.620 --> 19:44.540 many, many months in some cases, maybe for a year or more. So this is going to be fixed quickly. 19:45.080 --> 19:50.520 And now I hear rumors in Washington that the president has talked to people about 19:50.520 --> 19:56.620 striking Iran's oil terminal at Card Island. That would be catastrophic because Iranians 19:56.620 --> 20:00.740 have said, fine, you do that to us. We'll just annihilate everything in the Gulf region. 20:01.460 --> 20:04.980 And they can do it. Just as they told the Israelis don't bomb 20:05.700 --> 20:10.680 the refineries and oil storage outside of Tehran, as well as hospitals and everything else you 20:10.680 --> 20:15.820 could think of. And they turned right around and what did they do to Haifa? They utterly annihilated 20:15.820 --> 20:22.660 the harbor and destroyed the oil infrastructure there. So this thing has to stop, but it's not 20:22.660 --> 20:28.300 going to stop until the kinds of conditions I outlined are probably agreed to by us. And 20:28.300 --> 20:34.120 that's going to be very difficult because we are in this war because of Israel. We are fighting this 20:34.120 --> 20:40.100 war to ensure that Israel's demands are met. We have no interest in the destruction of Iran, 20:40.360 --> 20:46.820 never did, contrary to what anybody in Washington may say. So President Trump's got a tough job 20:46.820 --> 20:50.660 right now.
