Investigators with the hold-up unit have 01:34.580 --> 01:40.560 since confirmed the male was shot during the reported home invasion. Charges are 01:40.560 --> 01:44.740 pending against the male suspect. He remains in police custody in hospital 01:44.740 --> 01:48.780 in stable condition.
